Butte College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. All parties wishing to verify student enrollment or degree attainment are encouraged to contact the National Student Clearinghouse for expedited service.

Student requests:

IN PERSON REQUESTS: On-Demand verification services are available at the Main Campus only.  Please bring any necessary forms along with photo ID. If you have questions or need more information, please email
verifications@nameiw.com.

EMAILED REQUESTS: Please complete and sign our Verification Request Form and send it along with any additional forms from your Butte College Student Email account to:  verifications@nameiw.com.

*We will not accept requests submitted from personal accounts such as gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc. If you need assistance logging into your Butte College email, please contact Student Tech Support by calling: 530-895-2925 or by emailing: StudentTechSupport@nameiw.com.

Enrollment & Financial Verification for Housing, Employment, Government Programs

Students who need to request financial aid documents/verification should do so by emailing financialaid@nameiw.com.
